Healing anxiety is a holistic endeavor that asks us to free habitual tension from the body, relearn to breathe freely, unlearn limiting thinking, unwind past conditioning and reconnect to who we are, which is much more than anxiety.


In the Worrier to Warrior Workshop, participants will be invited to explore a variety of evidence-based practical skills utilizing appropriate movement, breath techniques, imagery, mindfulness, meditation and more.

The Workshop Offerings:

-Accessible movement that calms, grounds and begins to soothe an anxious mind

-An experience of present-centered awareness and accessing the senses for stability

-Guidance to observe the easier, fuller breath after appropriate movement

-An exploration of specific breathing techniques to further empower the practitioner to learn to cultivate calm

-Gentle invitations to learn to observe and accept body sensations without judgement or resistance

-An opportunity to practice observing the mind rather than identifying with habitual thought patterns

-The use of imagery and thought cultivation to focus the mind on possibility rather than the cycle of worry

-A deeply restoring and healing guided meditation intended to profoundly rest an exhausted body and ruminating mind and invite a sense of overall well-being and flow.


The content of this workshop can be condensed into a 1.5-2 hour session or expanded to a half day, full day or weekend experience.
