5 restorative shapes offer an opportunity to gently free the chest, shoulders and upper back, soothe the nervous system and support digestion while the invitation is to consider these moments of self-care as "enough". Cultivating contentment wthout a reason bolsters our well-being alllowing us to step into our lives from a place of peace, rather than lack. Feeling a sense of contentment does not bypass what we may want to change in our lives, but it provides restoration and resilience for our nervous systems when we take time to remember that in this moment, we're ok.
